Not Just Call Recording

Even though many enterprises have some form of “call recording”, they do not typically implement recording in the way that CertiCall does.  CertiCall operates as a trusted intermediary between two parties—it’s not a situation where one party has the recording and the other doesn’t. CertiCall gets unambiguous “press 1 to consent” affirmative authorization from all participants.  CertiCall provides access to the recorded call to all participants.  CertiCall complies with E-SIGN requirements so, in most instances, if the parties to a call intended to reach an agreement, the certicall will be enforceable. Cloud-based Software as Service

CertiCall takes the headache out of setting up your own equipment and information technology platform with its standard offering.  Just sign up to a monthly plan and rely on our cloud-based platform to serve you and your business no matter where you are. Sign up as many of your employees as you like, and you’ll receive special pricing for larger volumes. You’ll have the ability to share certicalls within your organization and outside your organization too. Enjoy all the features CertiCall has to offer, without extra time needed for set up or customization. Simply call us, and we’ll help to get your account started and ready for use typically on the same day.

Hosted Solutions

CertiCall will also design and host a system on its own premises that is dedicated to your business.  If your business wants a CertiCall hosted system, we will work with you to customize that system to meet your particular organization’s needs.  Typical hosted solutions allow for “on demand” recording for both inbound and outbound calls.  A service plan is designed specifically for your business allowing you to put CertiCall to work for you the way you’d like. Hosted solutions avoid capital outlays for on-premise equipment and avoid the cost of maintaining your own technical personnel.  You can expect us to configure your system using software modules we have developed in our suite of offerings.  You’ll encounter a set up charge, monthly licensing fees and usage charges.

Premise Based Appliance Offerings

CertiCall can be provisioned for businesses that want to operate CertiCall services from their own premises.  CertiCall’s premise based offerings require the enterprise to purchase or provide its own servers, and to maintain those servers. CertiCall will specify the Voice over IP software that is optimized and compatible with its software.  The business desiring its own premise based CertiCall service will license the CertiCall software on a special quotation basis. The typical setting involves any business enterprise that wishes to organize the management of multiple individual CertiCall accounts under a business interface where individual accounts can be managed and accessed by designated administrators. Compatibility and integration with other business premises PBX or ACD equipment will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and will be a part of the quote.

    Pricing is quoted based on your volume, customized needs and the type of services and model you have chosen. There is generally a monthly maintenance fee for use of the CertiCall service, and usage based costs for transmission, transcription and identity verification.

CertiCall is an easy to use intuitive platform right out of the box, however, we will make sure you fully understand the system, and walk you through any questions you may have. If you choose a premises based offering, CertiCall will assist you by specifying the equipment needed for you and your staff to begin making certified phone calls. Our team is there to help you. The turnaround time from start of order to “ready to go” is typically a day for our “Cloud Based Software as a Service” offering and several weeks for our “Hosted Solution”. Allow additional time for coordination and implementation of our “Premise Based Appliance Offering”, depending on your specific customized needs.
